eating is cold and reheated and served the customer when it should be thrown out. the lady on the road was hostile and should be fired. if the help does not like her job. every branch manager who manages the reheating of means of life should also be fired. the customer wants hot salty fries hot juicy burger not reheated müll they try to give us. we know when the food is heated again, it was never like that.

there's a machine that cooks these burgers. how can they and severely boil under them?
if someone says diet pop 10/10 times it is out of a ground. I can't even say how sick I am at this place that especially for thet pop with my order and regularly ask. I'm asking for a diet because I'm type 1 diabetic. a regular soda will be my blood sugar way more than a big frit. learn how to read what their paying customers demand and make them available for them. or the next time, when I end with urgent care with more than 400 blood sugar from a papst given to me by their device, I will send you the bill.
I took my sister and the kids here one night after getting off work and picking everyone up. I felt they needed to stop so my treat. Thanks for making the process smooth. The kids were so excited and happy.
Slow and sloppy! The quarter piece of cheese the put on my fish sandwich was stuck to the box with no cheese on the actual sandwich. The fries were hot cashier was nice.
So I've never had a 10 out of 10 experience at this McDonald's. When the adults are working my orders are great. But when it's the weekend and more of the younger adults are working, my orders are always messed up. Ordered a double with no pickles and extra onion. I still got pickle. And it's like someone just dumped two handfuls of onions on my burger. I asked for a sprite...got water. Just a bad experience
This location shouldn’t be open at all. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered my food on the app and when I go inside to pick up my order, three people that had already been there was waiting on their order for over 15 minutes. But wait there’s more! About four to five people came in because they were given the wrong orders from drive thru. They refused to help people at the counter for several minutes. They are super unprofessional. Some of the employees there will talk to you with attitude. I’ve been there multiple times to get a quick lunch if I didn’t make my own lunch for work, but today was the last straw. By far the worst customer service at McDonalds I’ve sadly witnessed today.
People with earbuds in their ears. Attitudes. Ice cream machine down in the middle of a dinner rush. Standing around on their phones. I decided to give this location one more chance and it has been ruined. I'd rather drive farther for better service.
