Very busy most of the day but they are also very fast. I never had problems in this place. The staff is usually also beautiful. It's worth coming by for a quick festival.

I wanted to order a bacon egg cheese biscuit. For some reason, the countergirl can't understand what I said. I spoke of hash-browns and said, no the biscuit that she said hash-browns, I didn't say a bacon-ice-cheese-bäckchen-bäckchen-bäckchen-Bäckchen-Bäckchen-Bäckchen-Bäckchen-Bäckchen-Bäckchen-Bäckchen and she couldn't get the order for any reason. After all, they bought me the cookie I wanted. The lady that brought me just dropped it and turned around and went away. I wanted to ask her if it was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and she looked at me like I was rude. I just wanted to make my order and she couldn't understand me and I think that very frustrating I probably won't return to this McDonald's ever again!

This is the McDonald’s where I come several times a week. I have to say that 7 times from 10 I received such service. But tonight I had the worst service of an employee and manager. First my beverage order was wrong the lady in the window right and delivered good service. However, I had to go back because I realized I didn't get a sauce and some frits were missing. There was a long line, so I decided as a car if he could go ahead as my order was wrong. He let me go through without any problems. The guy on the first windows was completely rude didn't let my self explain and just shut the window. He keeps ignoring me. I could finally ask for the front to correct my order and talk to a manager. The manager was just as discouraged as the first employee. Unfortunately, my order was not right because of the lack of professionalism and working ethics. The employee's photo ignores me after he cried several times.

This McDonalds has a tricky location and very busy parking. That's a negative. I look at it because you offer more possibilities of family meals (only on the app) than all other McDonalds nearby. On these crazy, busting fast food nights, we're going out to get these McDonalds out of the way. Thank you. The food has always been fresh here, especially the Pommes. Amanda

This place is an absolute joke ? Placed an order, pulled up to the drive thru to retrieve it…. No acknowledgment. Pulled up to the window and the employees were waving their arms at me, wouldn’t even come to the window and speak to me. When they finally realized that I wasn’t leaving, a manager reluctantly came to the window. I explained that I had placed a mobile order and was picking it up. She said, “we closed” (great grammar . I stated I placed a mobile order and was picking it up. She said once again “we’ll, we closed” (there it was, once again ? . I advised my payment was processed and my order was placed prior to them closing as the app didn’t advise that they were closing. She looked at me and threw her hands up. I asked for her name and she advise that she “couldn’t give me her name”. Imagine that a manager without a name who can’t be recognized whether bad or good ??‍ She slammed the window in my face and walked off. How about that for customer service? Keith Vanecek… gotta do better and teach your employees A+ customer service. Such a joke ? And figure out your mobile app… calibrate it so customers aren’t able to place orders after a certain timeframe … INNOVATION ya think ?

The food was good but the customer service was awful. I stood at the register while the cashier was texting on her phone . She looked up from her phone and saw me standing there and continued to text and then she finally decided to take my order. I typically would have left but I was there getting breakfast for a co-worker of mine that was sick.

Never once gotten my order right. This time even gave back my receipt and bags because my McRib wasn’t given to me. They hand me an extra bag with a sandwich in it….it was a quarter pounder. Like how do you mess up twice in a row? Lol. The food is McDonald’s food so no surprise there but just expect consistently bad service and you won’t be disappointed ?

Love me some McDonald's. This location is quite busy with fairly long lines at the drive-thru, but the cashiers are pretty quick and the lines move through pretty fast. I love that the food is always served warm and I frequently drive through on my way home from work.I definitely recommend.
