My review: I haven't come here for a few years because I have had some bad experiences? went back because it was my grandmother 90. Birthday was and some people said that the service was better. There was a group of 18 of us? We all ordered Steak Hibachi, my husband even ordered twice the steak. everything was good until we all started eating the steak that was like rubber. none of us could chew through them?. My jaw started hurting him. We left the steak? Everything else was good, we all thought we had a bad piece. After he spoke politely with the waiter and the host, the host said he called the owner and the owner said nothing they can do except give us a 10% discount. We were ready to pay for everything, but the steak, because it wasn't edible. the host was understanding and apologetic and complaining to some other people - he always called the owner to ask if we could get all gift cards. I believe the words at one point. if we have to pay for the steak, do they have to pay for the steak? have been spoken, and at one point I even heard that the host ask the owner not to shout at him?. so they gave us a 10% discount, but additionally 20% Gratity. what I understand. we were a big group. but it was a terrible experience. definitely not how we wanted to remember the big event. I tried to give this place another chance, but they're just not good. any other place would have either taken the steak out of the bill or offered a gift card. it was treated extremely unprofessional. We should write a review. So here it is. the 18 of us will definitely never return.
