Miro Spanish Grill

I met with a customer for dinner. we had a drink at the bar first, before we went to dinner. I ordered gambas al ajillo as an appetizer and the meat paella for my main course. the food was very delicious. a couple of things about me: I have made paella to house for 30 years, for up to 35 people I have first learned in mexiko and later in Spain how to perfect the art of paella which I tend not to order paella in restaurants in the usa because they usually let me be disappointed. I ordered the meat paella becuse I've never heard of. in all my travels to Spain I have never met a meat paella, and they are never rarely used chorizo, although I like because that is what I took from my time in mexico. her paella came out in about 10 minutes. I can not suggest paella in this time so that they clearly prepare several to a time as it seems to be a popular dish. the taste was very good and I ended it. the pan is approx. 7-8 customs diameter and a generous part for a person. they also have a large size for two people. If I had fed with my wife, we would have paired it with another escape and shared it both. I would return here at a future visit to charlotte.

had the best server ever in jesus. excellent knowledge of the menu and especially wine. excellent tappas menu. a star out because lammschuppen definitiw were cooked and a bit hard. ananas on the head cake is to die. highly recommended.

I love this place. we live almost 3 hours in continuing gordon in Georgia and drive here to have a meal. service is great, eating is great and atmosphere is great.

Everything was fantastic! The food was brilliant and so was the service. If you want great dessert THIS is the place.

Superb food, wait staff and gracious owner. Wish I lived nearby. We were traveling and stayed nearby. Beyond lucky to find this place and to be accommodated on a Friday night!!

I arrived to a pretty packed restaurant. I'm a suckered for foreign foods and the others were closed . I was staying at Hampton Inn nearby and walked to this place since it was only a 5 to 6 minute walk . When I got inside there was a line . I asked the hostess how long the wait was and was told an hour to hour in a half . I was only one so she sat me at the bar . The bartender asked if I'd been there before to which I replied no . The way the bar is set up before they bring you bread and appetizers is so beautiful. Very upscale but the price was fine with me . I ordered the shrimp in garlic olive oil after I asked the bartender about that and piquillo. It was SUPERBLY DELICIOUS . This was also my first time in ballantyne . I was going to order an entree but I got full off of the app. I was dipping my bread in the shrimp bowl to finish the rest of the garlic olive oil yuminess. 10/10 since I can only give 5 circles . I will Definitely be coming back with more money for this lovely place . Ryan at the bar was AMAZING , pleasant and his team mate on 01/08/2022 between 6&7:30 was awesome as well. Ryan honored what is an often laughed at request for me . I don't drink alcohol so I asked for water with sour mix and Splenda. He didn't question me , just poured it up and I'm very thankful and appreciative because the simple things matter to me.
