we had lunch here a few days ago. eating was absolutely amazing so delicious! the waitress was so friendly and went over and over. the only way to this place is the arrogant manager (with a mohawk), who gives straight selfish stars to the customers and his employees all the time while a beer at the bar drink. he has broken our waitress rudely while taking our order and not apologising to her or us. he did not make any eye contact with his employees when he spoke to them. my man and I were shocked by how he acted. so this is the reason to lose 1 star in my assessment. otherwise it was a delicious lunch! many thanks to our wonderful waitress for the excellent service and to the cook(s) for absolutely delicious food!

All in print was good, but not great. we have the lobster ravioli that was delicious. but it was a little smaller than expected. they get 4 big ravioli and lobster bites. the sauce was great. the best part of the meal, even if small. fish fry fish was good, mac and cheese was not very tasteful. we have cured and we have no tartaric acid sauce. not really worth $20. my man has a burger who was good. not especially, but well done. If we ever came back here, we could try again. it was good, just under the ruder.

I don't know why we waited so long to eat here! I was hesitant to try after reading several reviews, but I am glad we did. it was such a wonderful experience with incredible eating. the Tavern area was full and loud, so we decided for the dining room. the ambiente was eclectic and a little down, but nothing really to grim. service was prompt when it came to our drinks and appetizers (calamari and poutine), but dinner lasted 35 minutes to get out and both dishes were served without the included brot or salat. maya, our charismatic and friendly server, has fixed this immediately when we mentioned it. that is, waiting for our dishes was worth it! eating was just stupid. prime rib special and lobster ravioli. in any case recommend, just forget to plan a window of time, so they can wait and enjoy their meal.
The food is always great. Good portions and good selection on the menu. It’s a great place to go regardless what you are looking for. The bar area is fun and they have a lot of different games playing in several TVs and a good selection of drinks. Has a traditional dining area as well for date nights.
Got chicken parmesan last nite..was expensive when added all fees and delivery BUT I'll now say 100% worth every dollar and large portions with excellent tasting food ..I will be back.
I was looking forward to trying this place as I had been hearing such good things about this place since high school (3 years ago)! We headed to Massena for an errand this afternoon and I thought this was the perfect opportunity! We came in and sat down and the atmosphere seemed fun and inviting! Immediately I worried about my grandmother; as all of the lower top tables were taken; (high tops are hard for her to sit). Obviously, not their fault. Nonetheless, we sat and were greeted almost immediately and asked what we wanted to drink. Nearly 10 minutes later we received them. That was kinda irritating, but I’m a server myself and I know how things can get so I let it slide. As we waited to put our orders in, I noticed almost everyone around us had either been taken care of or was eating except one table. It was awhile until we were greeted to put our orders in; but regardless, I let it slide.We put our orders in…my grandmother ordered French onion soup and a BLT with chips, I ordered a CUP of loaded chili and a southwest burger with tater tots.My grandmothers soup came out, but my chili did not. I figured, “well maybe it’s not ready and there bringing it soon”. My grandmother was halfway done with her soup when our food came out. My grandmothers order was correct, but I received a southwest burger with ONION RINGS. And still no chili, so I decided to speak up and then the server ran into the kitchen to which I think he forgot it on the counter and nuked it in the microwave because bits of it were hot and others cold. At this point, I wasn’t impressed. Not only did I receive my appetizer- after my meal- but it was cold. I wasn’t the only one that wasn’t impressed either. I witnessed a table get up and leave as soon as we got our food, to which I’m assuming is because they ordered before us. Which is totally a reasonable excuse.I wasn’t impressed with the food-for the price and for the “basic and bland” taste. I’ve had the same burger 30 other different places for cheaper and better. Not to mention- when they charged me for the yucky chili they charged me for a bowl when I ordered a CUP. Won’t be going back. So disappointing!
