I don't support my reviews on a visit, but I say most this time there was a big difference, especially the bouncer. He was much more polite than the last. Definitely another Winona bar, but for me that's not bad.

They are not particularly strict about mask politics. Absolutely. It's really busy at weekends, so it's a bit disturbing. You can play pool and darts, but social distancing is absolutely impossible. Nobody even tries to wear a mask.

Was there for 3 hrs and the bartender was very polite professional and made sure every customer was served.best service I've had in long time.thank you Mr Bailey.might have spelled his name wrong but he was great.that bar needs to keep him.

Mulligan's Pub serves a mix of clientèle from WSU and St. Mary's students to the rest of Winona. It has in the past had a reputation for making some of the strongest drinks in Winona. So if you like a heavier pour, this might be for you. They have a variety of beers on tap and a good selection of hard liquor to choose from. Later at night, it can be hard to get a drink from the bar, so plan ahead.

3 dart boards, 2 billiard tables, gambling, drinks and fun!! to go.
