Mustard's Last Stand

mustard 's last standing (named only senf 's here) is a boulder institution and is a restaurant that is a vegetarian menu for a really long time (before it was popular to do this) and everything on it is great. senf 's serves a line of tofurky and tempeh products on their vegetarian menu: vegetarian / vegan chili, tempeh burger, veggie dog (voted among the top vegan hotdogs in the country) tofurky pfeffer discs/reubs, and soy Italian sausage. their fries are freshly cut and crispy. my favorite sandwich here is the tofu reuben. (It's not really tofu, it's tofurky pfeffer deli slices) with sour wort and pickles. (vegetarians can do it with a thousand island and cheese naturally) I add düsseldorf senf to it and sweet baby ray 's bbq sauce and it makes a good replacement for reuben dressing. the rest of the family loves their soy Italian sausage sandwich. (Note: some of the bungalows are vegan, but you are not, so make sure to ask about it when they are 're vegan' sandwiches come with the beats of their choice like sourwort, hot paprika, grilled paprika, tweezers, tomato etc. and the Italian soyworst comes with grilled paprika, tweezing and marinara. a cool thing about mustard 's is when they ask, they give them a deck so that they have a picnic on quite/schattig boulder creek that runs next to the restaurant. the inside seats are limited and can be overfilled, but there are also seats in the open on the terrace. a month in the year they do vegetarian month where they specials on the veggie article (mostly juni, I think) so good! *edited cons: 2019 I was wrong, they have toilets on the ground!

fast, easy, cheap with small portion options such as veggie sausage and veggie dog.

mustard’s last standing has a large vegan hot dog that comes with many delicious toppings. they have other things on the veggie side of the menu, but I have not tried and I am not sure how many are vegan. the riders are the best I had in boulder. so crispy and deliciously greasy.

I hadn't been to Mustards in years ,but recently went in with my family in tow on two occassions. It's a small place, gets kind of warm in the summer. You may want to take your order to go and sit in the grass by the creek or walk over two more blocks to some outdoor tables. Mustards proudly displays that they server Tofurky products. The Reuben is the Tofurky Peppered slices with sauerkraut. Order it with spicy mustard. The Kids Veggie dog is pretty large and comes plain. They have serve yourself mustard, ketchup, and spicy gardiena mix. If you order the regular/adult Veggie Dog, it's the same dog but it's offered up with toppings. yellow mustard, relish, onions, tomato, pickle, sport peppers, celery salt sauerkraut. Overall its a solid place for a quick bite, but don't expect anything fancy!

I am very grateful for this place. I love her veggie soy dog and her big pommes. Love that they have gluten-free and vegan options. Mustard Stand is a wonderful place to immerse. Anyway, I need a filling and a quick bite. I know that I always have to get to the bottom to refuel. Thanks for existing!!!

We are from the Chicago area and it was great to get the quality and better service with a smile than Chicago. So pleasant, beef was great, but get the big or better if you want more than 3 bites.

A boulder, mustard is the hot dog rod. Delicious dogs, and if you do not try in the mood for a hot dog, one of their delicious burgers or mouth-water frits. I personally go with the Polish sausage.
