The best steak in Burlington and area! We celebrate every occasion at Napoleons and are always satisfied. We have recommended this restaurant to many of our friends and they feel the same after they have tried it. The service is great and the portions are always more than we can finish. One of the best restaurants! They deserve the 5 star rating!!!

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. We were celebrating our anniversary and the team at Napoleon's made sure to look after us. The restaurant is cozy, great menu and especially great service......Thanks George. To tell you how great this place is, we've tried to get reservations twice since that night and have had no luck. Now keep in mind that we are picky....7pm or nothing for us.

Wow! High quality food. Highly recommend the escargot. Simply delicious. Napoleon Steak was fantastic. Melt in your mouth delicious. Place is small. Reservations required. There is also a time limit on how long you can stay. Try the Spanish coffee! Waiter will make it fresh for you table side!!

Went to Napoleon's Steak and Seafood house June 16/17. First time there. Staff was so attentive, polite. Brought us fresh bread..so out of the oven delicious. Brought our wine, ordered apps, best calamari ever tasted. They give you plenty of time in between courses, everything timed to perfection. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance. Lobster was cooked to perfection and the clam chowder alone would make me a repeat customer. You have to visit Napoleon's Steak and Seafood House. Can't wait for our next visit. It is fine elegant dining, but well worth the money!!!!

Arrived to a gloomy interior and two Zombies appearing from the shadows to seat us. They were stony faced and tight lipped. Asked us what we wanted to drink before giving us the wine list. We were the only two people in the restaurant so couldn't understand why it took so long to take our dinner order. They place a dish of gigantic pickle with a bar of Feta on the table, very unappetizing and certainly not fine dining. The Caesar Salad arrived in the form of a massive heap of chunks of lettuce, not tossed to ensure all the dressing reached every part. No lemon or bacon bits to be found. The mains arrived with packaged type carrots, the green beans were just OK. The steak was cooked to perfection but spoiled by too much mushroom sauce that was way too salty and spoiling the whole flavor of the meal.We found the waiter very surly and unfriendly and just couldn't wait to leave. We went to another restaurant on the waterfront for cocktails & desert. We were made so welcome and they even wrote Happy Anniversary in chocolate, on the dessert plate. We will never return to Napoleans.

We have been going to this restaurants for many years and it is still my favourite steakhouse anywhere. The restaurant never changes but why change if it isn't broken. And it is definitely not broken. The menu also has not changed over the years, nor the decor of the restaurant. The service is very formal and you never have to ask for anything, your wants and needs are taken care of. We ordered some wine and the meal comes with feta cheese, garlic bread and dill pickles. The garlic bread was excellent and there was lots of it. The salads, caesar or house, or french onion soup are included in the price of the entree. The portions are large and the garlic permeates the room. My husband had the New York Strip and I had the Veal Napoleon. Both were melt in your mouth delicious. You are always to full for dessert but you leave very satisfied and with a wonderful memory. Only open for dinner 4:30pm to close.

I was skeptical of this small steakhouse in a strip mall, but wow was I pleasantly surprised. The salad was great (both Caesar and house) and the New York strip steak was terrific. The portions are humongous. Would definitely return.

Stay away from this place if you have good taste and expect good service. We ordered a filet and a stake, which come with a salad or soup. The French onion soup was average at most. The filet and stake were drowned in cheap sauces. This made the meat taste like sponge. This was served with veggies and a selection of fries or other variations of potato. These servings were huge, and the whole presentation was horrible. No taste at all. In summary: you could eat similar quality food in a cheap chain restaurant for less than half the price. And I have no idea why this place is called Napoleon? Any relation to the French cuisine... I don't think so. You've been warned - please stay away.
