We had gone to Ninos for a long time, but we recently had a round of poor experiences. We called one of them in a pick-up order and didn't ask for cheese on the pizza. She informed us that the sauce has cheese in it and she could subdue Marinara. We accepted, but later realized that this was the first time that this was ever brought to our attention and the pizza was not the same. Luckily he doesn't like cheese, but if there was an allergy, he could have been hurt. In addition, we asked for an adult size corn dog nuggets. The server over the phone said they had only children's nuggets available and offered to double this order as it would be the same amount. We were charged for two children's dishes. Logically, you would have thought that they had used the children's portions to make 1 adult meal and not to be able to overload. Lately we dictated and ordered the pizza, again without cheese, and the sauce was not raised. This time we asked for double paprika and that was calculated, but not actually placed on the pizza. The food is never the same here and all employees should be informed about ingredients as the allergy situation could be dead on someone. As much as we loved this place, it goes downhill.
