happy that we finally have noodles in joliet! eating is great for the price, more expensive than their din-n-go options, but the quality is worth the extra bucks! the workers I have interacted with are very friendly and check them on their table, although they are not waiter. I asked a box and bowl for my suppe and salat and a young lady came with both, as well as additional cracker, plastic silver and a bag!

many thanks for the free brick of reis crispy! order for pickup today at 9 o'clock by google, which was seamless and easy. I was chatting on the phone during pick-up, but the gale at the front pick-up was very friendly and welcoming. the eating was delicious portions and taste significantly improved from earlier visit. I also know that it is one of the only not fast food restaurants that opens over 9 o'clock in the opposite of shorewood.
good customer service, young lady in register has made additional steps to understand us some menu items, as it was our first time, some suggestions made. eating was just okay, but to be honest, nothing was excellent to visit me noodles and co again. and please remove the zilantro that they generously serve every dish they serve.
Service was great because of one particular worker Apollo. He was very professional and had a great attitude despite being under staffed. Food was good a lil skimpy on the sauce tho
Can't go wrong with this place, the food is great and the staff seems to work their butt off especially when they are busy. At times tho, the food isn't at its best. Japanese pan noodles broccoli tastes like plastic and it sucks. Other than that the food is fantastic. Just be careful going on the weekends because they will get slammed and it can be very busy. Great food to pick up on a lunch break tho.
If you call your place noodles and company..you really have to master noodles. Cooks clearly did not care about what they put out. I found random noodles and spinach or something in my bowl. But it wasn't supposed to be there...made me want to toss the over priced bowl.
This business can not get it’s feces coagulated. They are with out a doubt the worst to deal with. I’ll go elsewhere. Plenty of other restaurants easier to deal with. You just don’t know what to expect. No mask leave, on line orders only, not open, change hours with no notice, today I purposely called to find out their status, everything open come on in. Can I use cash? I don’t want to use a card. Yes no problem. I get there tonight, they won’t take cash…………………… You have got to be kidding. I left. It’s too bad. It was a good place but looking at the reviews I’m not the only giving a big thumbs down.
