Beautiful choices for construction, fittings and facilities and a large Iyengar class, step right with a lot of time to keep poses for maximum benefit. Will definitely be used again for hot energy and yin classes, and the salt room and other spa facilities!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The staff is great... we were pampered and taken care of all morning. I had a facial treatment with Sarah and it was the most relaxed thing I felt for months. Can I wait until an apology goes back... I don't need an excuse! I'm going back just because I want it and I deserve it!

Very disappointed in this place. During my last visits, I didn't have the best experience. During my last visit to the Bliss area I booked a private hot sauna. At my slotted time, I found it occupied. In the hope that the person would be out, I used the other amenities. I was surprised by this visit that they give you only one towel, and they are not satisfied if you ask for additional. In any case, much after my planned sauna time a person appears and it is a mandatory staff that has not taken into account my planned time. She drips wet in sweat. No one cleanses the sauna after its use and I don't want to go in now to sit sweat in her body! The system begins to show wear. The outdoor whirlpool had debris in it so that not very appealing. The place is usually crowded and not very easy to find serenity with route 9 traffic noise quite common. The Bolsters in the yoga area begin to wear sweat spots and the blankets have a peculiar smell. Also note when you buy a 10 package of visits, they have a expiry date that you will not find anywhere on the website. I just have to say positively that Sharan is an ingenious yoga teacher. I'm gonna miss her because I'm not going back!

Great place to relax and get away from the real world. The place is clean and well maintained. Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. I recommend going to release and trying out one of there spa packages!
