I've never been inside this location but I had a craving and ordered delivery tonightI ordered at 6:30 online.
Zayy was our waiter and he did an excellent job! My husband likes his steaks well done and they took it back and grilled it more for him without foot. The food was excellent.
Pleasant culinary experience. Food and drinks were right. Customer service was the best we had lately. Our server, Maddie, was very friendly and attentive. She took care of everything without asking us. We will definitely be back and we ask to sit in Maddie's section. Great job!
I had the best culinary experience! My waitress, Madison Cole, did an extraordinary job that served my family and me. She was friendly, charismatic and made my 12-year-old the happiest child! She was attentive to our family and helpful to all our questions. I didn't leave any reviews, but I had to be on this girl! She was great! We plan to come back and demand them in the future. Great food and atmosphere!
This review is late, but much deserves. This was the best customer service experience I had in about 5 years, and trust me that says a lot because I did a lot out. I'm in a wheelchair and the ramp to my van in front of the restaurant disturbed. Almost the entire staff came from the restaurant to help. We were served outside appetizers, treated with dignity and respect and many helpful hands. Once in the restaurant, the customer service was nothing less amazing. From the manager, staff, bartenders wait, even the kitchen staff. The food was fresh and fast. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Experience was awful. From the host, to the food and utensils. Blooming onion was cooked in old grease and clearly smelled BURNED when it came out. We thought the particle?s on the bloom was seasoning. Until we started eating it and realized it?s whatever is floating in that old grease they fried it in and tasted burnt. Clearly food on the fork and knife and hair on the other. The manager took the bloom off the bill, but the ribs were terrible as well. The waitress was the best part about our experience.
