this place is so good and the service is excellent! the people who leave bad reviews here are simply impatient and look like there are no other people in the restaurant. but this place is great and it eats so well. the one that worries me most, however, is the lack of respect that men have for the employees. respect goes on the way and wise. but this place is absolutely brilliant.

great local breakfast in grayson. the personal is always friendly and accommodating. the children love pancake house, so we go back. normally a Saturday morning trip option for us if we don't feel like cooking. the prices are extremely affordable. with a reliable and consistent menu and cook.

Food Terrible and over cooked
We had asked at checkout at a liquor store in town where to go for breakfast. What a find! A real breakfast restaurant and not a franchise/chain. The menu...fantastic. Hubby had eggs, bacon, sourdough toast, one pancake, all cooked perfectly. He had hashbrowns instead of grits. I had a carb buster. Scrambled egg whites, turkey bacon and sourdough toast that came out with no butter (that's a good detail) with a nice side of fruit.Coffee was delicious, orange juice was perfect. The waitress even came out and apologized for the wait which was maybe and extra 5 minutes. She was attentive and checked back of course offering refills on coffee. They do a huge take out business while we were waiting to be seated which keeps the kitchen busy. Booths were nice a comfy.
