Panera Bread

can I give less than 1 star? on a Sunday at 12:30. 4 Bagel options: cinnamon crunch, spread heifer, kirsch vanille (whaaaat? and blueberry. no pure cream cheese. how can they be made of pure cream cheese? also difficult to wait. many chit chat and no one is looking for a customer. I wanted an salate for me. the bagel was nasty. I went out.

amazing eating and cheap. would the cheese brokkoli soup be recommended with a broth dish?

yesterday's experience in the panera brot, on isb, daytona beach was a classic example of how they could previously chase loyal customers away. my wife and I came to the counter who noticed two customers before us with a coworker in the cash. there was a second employee who stood near another bank, but did not wait for it or communicate with customers. a third man employed was repeatedly squeezed and embraced the second man employed behind the counter. the first employee waited for the first customer, but when the next customer came to the counter, the employee took the order of the customer and engaged in a long personal conversation and never once acknowledged our essentialness or let us know that it would be in short with us. while the second worker did nothing behind the counter. Finally, the third employee held his constant display of public affection behind the counter. after a considerable time without recognizing Panera-Brot staff, we began to despise, so we went out of the restaurant and ate our late lunch somewhere else. before this experience was panera bread, daytona beach one of our favorite lunch spots.

I've been in this location 3x's. Forgot this location is bad. Always out of ingredients on Sandwiches or Salads. I don't mine if I know. I have the option of getting something else but I never know until I sit down to eat. I had go up to counter ask for missing ingredients. 1st salad. Then looked inside sandwich, ingredients piled in corner missing main Ingredient. Usually given an option for apple, chips or bread. Nope. Had to ask if it was still an option. Panera Bread aka Saint Louis Bread Co is usually great clean restaurant. This location is filthy. Not messy or needs to be pick up. Dirty !!!!

The one star review is not due to quality of food. It is due to poor customer service, and not getting what you order. I have placed a few delivery orders. Each time some item has been forgotten. The door dash driver said it was not given to him, to bring. The person at Panera verifying the order did not check off the beverage, so it gets here without the drink for the second time in a row. When you call and talk to a manager they will offer you a refund, but they can not send you the beverage. I am a member of their SIP CLUB so the drink is free. So now, there is nothing to refund, but I am still without the drink I ordered. So they offer you a promotion that they don't seem to have to ever deliver on or credit. If you want to preorder from them I suggest you only pick the order up yourself. Otherwise if you do not get your entire order for delivery, you cannot get your food or beverage sent back out.

Would have been 5 stars if they would have called our name for the food being ready.. taste good. Then they forgot to give my son the cookie we ordered.
