Panera Bread

juli 23, 2022 7:00 o'clock I've been going into this panera since a while. Today was the last day. We waited for our order. the guy asks what I was waiting for and I told him. he had the nerve to tell me he already gave it to me. if they didn't talk so much, he would have realized that he would have put my order in the Uber Ess baby. when he and the others realized what they did, they apologised, while they also laughed and owed themselves to a funny wise. I wasn't amusing. the only reason I didn't cancel the order was because my youngest was very hungry.

it's official! this Panera bread is the worst in America. 1 too much for this place. I have complained several times about the years to do this and nothing has ever improved. I decided to just stop going to this one. after 2 3 years I finally decided to give them an attempt, and this is the ugly eating that we opened our bag when I came home.

four of us had lunch today. the menu has changed a quantity. they extinguished several sandwiches and salads and broth articles. her soda machine was out, so I had to try the juices I didn't like. I love panera’s, but I will not go back. just not the same.

Waited nearly 10 mins for someone to take my order. No one in line This Panera is poorly ran. Ordered to stay, and they put in a to go and a bag!Poor experience. Will not return.

I love panerea when I need something healthy to grab on the go while outside. I love the fact you can get half a sandwich and soup or salad. The food is fresh and the bread is amazing. The sweet treats are great and just delicious. Love the teas they have so unique and great tasting. I always love that tgeyvhave options gor everyone. The kids like it and adults can eat here without feeling too guilty. The atmosphere is very casual. Try it out you won't regret it.

I be yesterday in panera miramar. I order 2 chicken sandwich grill.When i see the advertising picture i really liked.When i received the order the employee give me a sandwich in another bread , and also the size of the sandwich was a half compared to the photo.I claim to the employee and said that they dont have another bread.I was very disappoint because the company apparently make an advertising that they dont comply.I am sorry but this is my last time that go to Panera bread.

We placed an order on Panera's website for Teacher Appreciation Week, to surprise our staff and celebrate the amazing job they do for the community! The order came incomplete I called them and the response was ... yes I have it in my hand, you can come an pick it up... I explained that this was not our fault that they have to send it and again ... no we can not do that, nor reimburse the charge, you can come any other day and get the missing items.. I explained that we are Teachers that can't leave the classroom to pickup an order that was placed and charged and still to empathy at all.Very disappointed with this store and the poor answer of the manager.....Terrible customer service!
