my command was terrible. I never had a bad pizza of papa johns. but this day came Friday the 4th my shaq rio was not fresh. I knew it wasn't fresh because the garlic sauce wasn't soaking. it was hard butter. the Italian meat trio had too many sweet in it and was very watery. so upset, damned, at 40 mousts down the drain. Ps..I live 3 min away and ran there as soon as it was finished.

as restaurant manager I understand that shops are busy, or they have people who do not come. but this is not an excuse to hang on someone 3 times don't say someone they can or can't get their food. order at 10:03 and it is now 11:53 and the mobile app shows the same update since about an hour ahead.

I USED to LOVE this Papa Johns..It’s a whole wrap now!!I ordered 3 pizzas..papa tracker said pizza was going to be ready 15-25 minutes.. Gets here from ALLL the way across town for the food not to be ready. Not to mention the fact that the employees were in an outrageous argument at the time when I walked in.I was told the wait would be ANOTHER 20 minutes..I called inside to make sure the food was ready before I went back inside again but after being on hold for 21 additional minutes a female answered the phone. She said Papa Johns hold please and hung up on me..So this made me real hot!!You would think they would’ve given me one of the three pizzas I ordered for the trouble or at least a coupon or something. Sheesh..Never Again! Fool me once, shame on me, twice it’s the last because I don’t give third strikes!It’s sad because I’ve loved Papa Johns since I was a kid..I guess nothing really lasts forever.Parking: They don’t have their own parking so you have to get in wherever you fit in.

Placed an order from the spring garden location for delivery cash upon delivery) I was WFH so when order was delivered I was in a rush so I didn’t check order at door as usual, tipped driver opened food which was 2 Italian trio bowls and cheese sticks, well half of the order was missing for both of the bowls, it looked like they had been eaten out of, we have ordered the bowls in the past and know how they should look. I called the store and asked for the manager, was rudely transferred to “ manager” who was a female that was rude as all get out! And I’m leaving a lot out about the phone experience bcuz it’s too much to type.I eventually asked her for her name bcuz I was tired of the going back and forth are listening to her sly remarks , and she repeatedly told me she don’t have a name! I called another store and they gave me her General Manager’s number.I explained what happened he told me I can go get my money back bcuz as I explained to him I don’t trust this establishment bcuz of the way the said manager and employees were handling my situation, being rude on the phone and laughing and giggling in the background) and I didn’t want them to replace the bowls.I went the next day to pick up my money and the manager was there, I explained I was there to pick up money for an order that his GM told me to pick up, well he the manager) just went and picked up the envelope and handed it to me, no I’m sorry for your experience or anything he just walked off. Well that explained the behavior of the employees and they will never get my business ever again!

I am a delivery driver and I have had different experiences at this restaurant. Some good some not so much. Tonight I'm happy to say that it was a great experience a young man named Quantos not sure of spelling) was very kind and considerate. He actually came out to let me know my order was ready. I was walking my dachshund outside at the time. Thank you for you great customer service.
