my pizza pepperoni. with swirling and jalapeños. I did. I spoke to manager who could send nothing but a driver to replace him. but since I would not live in the delivery site, I would have to drive the 20 minutes up there and 20 back to the house. my children have hunger. I couldn't. she said they can take it on, but I must tell them it takes two weeks or better before they get a good note in the post. So I had to eat the pizzeria, the pizza doesn't taste like that if the pfefferoni isn't cooked on it, and it was soggy. we were all three. was very dismayed. I'm disappointed, I ordered a pizza that was delivered to me as usual for Christmas. we move, they come back in the april and said they don't deliver in our opposite. can not even enter our address for ordering. sux, but whatever. I'd rather go to another pizzeria place and eat here.

I ordered 2 new yorker pfefferoni and received 2 new York style cheese pizza. I also ordered a hand toss pefferoni and they have it right, but I also live an hour away from the load and could not take it back. When I called them to inform them about the mistake, they said they would send me a gift card, I don't know how much the present is, but I was very disappointed. If I ever buy from them again, I will make sure that I review my order before I go.
went into the load on ginyard in sumter sc and ordered two so called new York style pizzas white sauce with black olive chicken mushrooms and the other simple cheese they did not put my black olives on there they gave me the huh with another type of soak that was good when I called them up they say when it was touching, they can do nothing, no refund! I think this is very bad when they have to hear when someone complained not wanted to make compromise or not buy any of them stick with pizza hat shame on them shaq! I have not got $37 to waste on two pizzas terrible business and the pizzas taste evil wise too much red sauce that can all taste u.won not do business with them again
The pizza was so cheesey and fresh. I have never seen a pizza out of a commercial until now.
Ill never order again. Called and found out they have out sourced the incoming call ordering to people overseas. Meanwhile we have people right here in town that would love to have that job. Wow shame on you Papa John's Pizza!
This is the $21 pizza I just got from Papa Johns on N. Guignard in Sumter. I ordered large thin crust with beef, pepperoni, and extra cheese. I got about 12 pepperoni slices and 6-7 crumbles of beef. This is nothing short of a rip off.
It’s takin 3 hours to deliver a pizza a mile from motel on a Monday I’m in shock I wasn’t told that until I called back and had paid for it
Placed an order at 5:15, said order would take 2 hrs. Called at the 2 hr mark, and they hadn’t even started it yet. Three hour mark approaches and I call them again. Owner seemed annoyed and said it’s on his way. Was about to call and cancel order at the 3 hr and ten minute mark of waiting, when the driver shows up. I mentioned I was going to cancel, and relayed the fact that I ordered over three hours ago to which he replies “That long?! We weren’t even that busy!”Not a very good experience.
