Love the food, but the staff is so slow. I and my family almost 45 minutes to get two pizzas. It's crazy u can't make pizza faster if ur are in a hurry and no customers in the store.

The food was great, but they were so short staff and supported it lasted about 30 minutes until they could take our order. But I have eaten a lot here and am always satisfied with the quality and taste of their pizza

Food was good. Had a awkward experience though, the gal that helped me went and pulled a bag of meat from the back of the fridge to out on my pizza while the other employee working was trying to tell me the meat was fresh. The meat was in a sealed packaged bag.

Prices are pretty high for a pizza that you also need to bake yourself. Not really a convenience when weighed out to price. Staff was nice though. Personally, can’t see this place being better than other chains. Would not be a repeat customer, sorry.

Hey Papa Murphy's, perhaps it's not the greatest idea from a management perspective and very unprofessional to allow your employees to all go on break at 12:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. There's seriously one young guy here trying to take and make multiple orders, some with multiple pizzas, all by himself because his less than stellar co-workers decided to all go on break during lunchtime. Seriously? I'm very thankful for this one guy who is trying his hardest while being attentive and professional in spite of his absent team members. Because of the multiple orders stacked up and the now 15 people in the food lobby, I just waited 30 minutes for a single pizza. This is the worst service I've ever had here, and it's because of bad management, not the guy working his rear end off. I hope he gets a raise.

We called 30 minutes before it closed multiple times and no one picked up. We then arrived about 10-15 minutes before it closed. The sign said “open” and the door was unlocked, but when we pulled up the woman working there fled to the back. Only after we called if anyone was there did she make an appearance. She told us it closed in 5 minutes despite my watch saying 10 til. Obviously I knew it was cutting it close to closing, but that’s why we kept calling before so she could have it ready. It was obvious the employee wanted to call it quits early for the night. She already put all of the ingredients away before locking the door and turning off the sign. Both me and my boyfriend can’t have gluten and rarely can he eat gluten free pizza but since we were celebrating something and it was going to be his last chance eating a pizza, we were really depending on this place to at least stay open for the hours they have listed.
