Pats Select Pizza Grill

love this place! we just started to go to pats to lunch and we really enjoy their food.. especially their salads, the fresh and tasty and much. cheesesteak was also really good. I have to say this is the cleanest restaurant I have eaten in hands. nice service and military discount is a big plus.

I asked for a gluten-free margarita flatcake because I threatened a disease where it lives when I have gluten. the manager screamed and swore up and after it was gluten-free. what I received was not I had never had problems getting it from this site, but a gluten-free flatbread should be so thin that it has a crispy to it. that was not because it was the regular margarita flatbread. they can't lie customers with gi problems.

I never had an avocado wrap and I found it made a delicious meal with the salad. the personal was attentive and nice.

Do not order or eat at this establishment. My wife made an online order, the driver delivered to the wrong address. My wife called looking for our food and was told it was delivered and nothing could be done. I drove to the restaurant and tried to either get a refund or my order. I was told that they were losing money, and they would remake my order for a discount. I will never patronize them again.

Worst salad ever. Usually I eat at pats in elkton. Never come back to this location again.

Worst experience ever! Customer Service at the pickup counter is ridiculous and that was with the Manager! Totally ignored while trying to pick up my small order that was ordered by phone, finally after paying $22.28 for a steak sandwich roll ups . . . they were terrible! Won't be going back!

The Margherita pizza isn't worth getting doesn't taste fresh and there's no basil.
