I don't ever get many chances to have a beef Banh Mi, so I gave it a shot. It was a pretty good sandwich. The beef was cooked with onions and a slight hint of lemongrass. The bread was also not too doughy or heavy in volume, and every other topping is pretty standard. Was able to taste the broth from a bowl of Beef Stew Noodles and it was really good. If I ever get a chance, I would like to order it by myself. Be warned that the broth when I had it was super fatty, you decode whether that's good or bad. I like the fat in the broth, but will admit it could have been less. All in all, the food was good and portions for the noodle soups were big, great value. Edit #1: stopped by for a snack and got a pho burrito. Was able to satisfy my slight pho craving in a smaller and cheaper form factor. I do wish they used a fresh Tortilla or even made their own, as the one I got was a little bit dry. They do give you a small cup of broth, which I assume you use to dip, as I did. Edit #2: was able to try the Special Rice Combo (C1). It was pretty average, compared to similar dishes I've had at other places. Main complaints were the pork chop being on the dry side and the fish sauce they gave on the side was not that flavorful. I'd probably just continue ordering their noodle dishes next time.
