ceasar salat smells sour and tastes bitter. cruste was boiled and hard and filled cheese was hard and was not gooey, but it was warm. that was expensive for what we received in opposition.

order a few pizzas, was told 30 minutes for delivery. I called the load over an hour later, he was told he was just gone. finally, pizzas got an hour after the order, and there was someone else order. I called the load again, they said he was ready to pick up in an hour. I had to go to business an hour later, was told ten minutes, my pizza didn't get for another half an hour. the pizza we ordered at 5:45, we finally have to eat at 9 o'clock and it wasn't worth waiting. at least they gave us a refund between taking personal phone calls and chat in the kitchen!

I will never order from pizza hut again. Any time I order online, the order costs more when it comes to my door. They take FOREVER to make the food and delivery takes even longer. I've had to cancel orders and order elsewhere but I like the pizza, so I kept trying. This time, it's been over 2 hours before my pizza came to my house.

Avoid! Consistently rude employees, especially the woman at the front cash machine. Terrible customer service, even when you tip 20% or more. I used to go here because it was convenient. I've had enough bad experiences that I'm done with this location.

Not happy with this location. They stopped delivering to the Military base. Pizza was always good and I normally got everything, but to just stop delivering to a location is upsetting.

This Pizza Hut is terrible. I have ordered here maybe 5 times and at least 3 orders have been messed up or incomplete upon delivery. I'm not talking a difficult order either like cheese pizza and 1 dipping sauce and it's wrong or the sauce is missing etc. When I have called the store to let them know my order was wrong I get transferred on the line and nobody ever picks up the phone.
