Pizza Pizza

Very Appitizer and love to eat all, it is really filling and tasty. If I get some one taking me to this restaurant, I will definetly come with my friends

Flavour is the best so far in my books. I've sat & waited for my pizza order & the time kept waiting was very reasonable. However, another time I went in to just order two slices of pizza. The guy would NOT listen to what I told him - I repeatedly pointed to the pieces I wanted specifically & he took out the crappy ones to give to me. One had most of the toppings missing from it & the cheese all pulled off the crust & I refused to take that one. He kept playing dumb as if he didn't understand why I didn't want that one & I nearly walked out. Another man, seeing how angry I was becomming who does speak English came from the back & I was able to get it straight with him which ones I wanted. I'm female so I strongly suspect he was trying to dump off the slices that nobody wanted onto me, feeling that I'd maybe be too shy to speak up..

I was recently in the area and decided I felt like a Panzorotti so i stopped in.I ordered one and consistent with Pizza Pizza standards it was pretty good. The eat in area does not seem to be as the picture shows. It is pretty small but has two tables that 4 or so could sit at and a single seat bar stool kind of area on the side.Really the main reason this rating is not higher is the staff (I think he was the owner) was not at all warm and friendly. He took my order and prepared it but questions like if I wanted dipping sauce or a drink were almost soup Nazi like from Seinfeld. Maybe that is an exaggeration but the questions were abrupt and no smiling etc. no sense that my business was appreciated. While my order was warming he wandered to the back of the store and talked to another staff member about things that did not seem important.I have a service standard that I expect at all places I go. I want to feel that they appreciate the business and are working hard to be good at what they do. I definately did not get this feeling here.

I am a picky pizza eater. Most places use a sauce that is too tangy for me. Not Pizza Pizza. They crust is more crispier, the way I like it. Also it is the right amount of toppings

The is an ample selection of items on the menu ranging from poutine to individual serving apple pies. Very little on the menu could be described as healthy - but this is a pizza joint, what can you expect? Wait times for service are as can be expected given time of day (neither spectacular nor terrible). The order was prepared accurately and the food was hot. Staff are efficient but not friendly. Service may be hampered by language barriers. The eat-in areas has been downsized so take-out or delivery may be preferable.

We have ordered from this location before and the food was ok but lately everything was cold - we ordered online with a time for pick-up and also by phone to pick up and also for delivery and every time it's cold.complained and had customer service credit our account but when we re- ordered and picked it up the staff got really agitated and started shouting in their own language and shoved the food at us.Never going to order Pizza Pizza ever again. you've lost a really good customer family of 6.
