I ordered from the Elm location. I live a 10 minute drive away. Placed my order online and after 40 minutes the driver wasn't there. He called me confused about my address and I gave him the proper description of my building to help him out. Still nothing. I called the company's phone line to ask for the free guarantee and was denied on the basis that the driver called them and claimed to be at my location (when he clearly wasn't, I was in the lobby!!) and that I wasn't there. Ended up paying for the food, but let me tell you, this is the LAST time I will ever order from Pizza Pizza. They prioritize the workers who lie over their customers who have legitimate claims. So stupid!

I tend to go after hours after a night of bar hopping. The pizza is good. I've noticed that they employ a guard at night which is reassuring considering the riffraff and drunks in the area. Over all, I only get the pizza, I like it.

they sell pizzas by the slice which are probably most appreciated by the partiers around downtown after the bar closes. tough dough and sparse toppings

I have ordered delivery from this Pizza Pizza location 3 times and each experience met all my expectations. All of my orders were made online with the corporate site and all of them were delivered fast, fresh, hot, and most importantly accurate. The food has been delicious every time. The delivery people came to the door prepared for any transaction type even if we chose cash as the sale type online, this was nice because if we had made a mistake he would have had to go back to the car. We had 2 different delivery people and both were friendly and polite.

Awful service, the poor girl manning the cash and making the food. Way understaffed. The owners were at the back watching her run around and not once did they come up to help her. I felt bad for her, but at the same time I was on lunch time and had to then eat on the run.

We order this pizza regularly; used to get Toppers but they failed to deliver what they promised. Pizza Pizza has fresh ingredients and the price is very reasonable and it tastes great-online ordering easy

Ordered a pepperoni slice combo along with a side of garden salad. Waited for almost 20 minutes to receive my order and without any apology. There was 5 guys in the back with 1 female cashier. There were about 4 orders ahead of me, so I didn't expect to wait for more than 5-10 minutes at the most. The pizza chefs in the back didn't offer any assistance. The location was sloppy and no condiments or napkins are available to the patrons. Would not recommend this location ever.

I have never had a more negative dining experience in my life! My fiance had ordered the cashew stirfry with the shrimp and I ordered the pecan crusted chicken. Our wait for the food seemed interminable. At least a half hour to 40 minutes. We passed the time drinking our pop from plastic tumblers suitable to a roadside diner as opposed to what we thought was the reasonably upper scale dining establishment we had chosen to spend our money in.The stirfry came WITHOUT the shrimp. The breast of chicken came with a soggy skin coated in a strange crust that was only slightly more edible once the skin was removed. My meal was supposed to come with a mixture of fresh vegetables. That turned out to be a handful of barely cooked green beans. When informed of the omission of the shrimp, the chef sent out a plate of rather bland butter-sauteed shrimp on plain rice. At this point, we opted to speak to the manager. Big mistake. Rather than seeming concerned with our negative experience, she seemed more concerned with copping a haughty, combative and superior attitude with a dose of sarcasm ("What am I supposed to do? Tell the chickens to go on a diet.?)! I certainly didn't get the impression she was someone interested in helping paying customers have a better dining experience. Apparently she resented having to put away her phone and deal with we lowly customers! Our one bright spot was our waitress Rebecca who did her best to see that we were happy. Sadly, her conscientious attention could do little to recover what others seemed intent on sabotaging. One thing is sure. I will never dine here again, nor will I ever recommend Bridges to anyone.
