Pizza Ranch

What a turn around, I was dreading meeting my family here tonight as we have had terrible experiences in the past. The very tall young man we spoke with today, told us he was a new manager. He was very kind, professional and made it a great experience! Ask me a few months ago if I would recommended Pizza Ranch, heck no! Today, this guy changed my mind. Food was better than it?s ever been. Had a cleaner look to the dinning areas. The buffet was constantly stocked where as before it was very bare, always waiting for chicken. Great job Pizza Ranch!

Buffet style food and it was fairly good. They are accommodating if the type of pizza you want is not out there. We had a party of over 50 and used the big room. Main complaint would be that they just don't keep up with enough food out there. Short on salad, the toppings, desserts like the fresh chocolate chip cookies. Maybe not enough staff like a lot of places these days. We also noticed in the parking lot as we were leaving that a couple of their business vans had slashed tires, not sure what that was about. Maybe cameras would deter that issue.

The :supervisors spend more time out back smoking and meeting people in the parking lot than they should, especially during covid. I hope they are washing good. I use to enjoy this place with my kids but the way I just heard this manager ' speaking to a native American man, deplorable. Good food would nerve be an excuse to go back for that behavior!

We went on a recommendation from the hotel. So filthy in there. napkins and food on the floor, tabled not wiped off. Food was less than mediocre. $40.50 for three of us seems reasonable but there wasn 't enough food out to choose from and what there was was nasty. The cheese pizza was crust and cheese, no sauce. Most food looked like it had been sitting around all day. The cashier was SO rude. We had never been there before so did not know it was a buffet. We walked in and she stared at us until I said we 've never been here She said, it 's buffet . My daughter said there are three of us . She rang it up and handed us cups. Period. Nothing else said. I should have known NOT to go in by the lack of cars in the parking lot at dinner time. My daughters said we should have listened to the vibe check when we walked in and left.

Horrible, horrible conditions. Extremely dirty everywhere. Expired food in all stations. I pulled off myself several containers off salad bar, that were slimy, rotten and had a stench. The soup was another story. Talked to manager, with these containers in my hand. He acknowledged they were clearly expired, but he seemed to be ok with the conditions, I was pointing out. He told me if I didn't like the quality he would refund money. I never ate a bite. What I seen at first glance was horrendous. It was not safe for me to eat. He refunded my money and I left without making a scene. The 30 other people, with their children were just shoveling food in. Drive right by this place.

48$ and Missing part of order with extra dry chicken strips plus a very Crispy cookie.

I love the Pizza Ranch food not only pizza but chicken ice cream soups and salads. The staff is lovely. The person who breads the chicken is a hunk. Bathrooms are clean place is clean and they have a gameroom.
