it can be hard to eat in Korean restaurants as a vegan, but K-Peppers makes it easy. the menu was clearly marked and included options to have her vegan prepared, and our server has double checked with us and then, when he came with our meal, he let us know that the pickled beside dishes that came with our entreen were vegan. we started with the veggie noodles, half steamed and half fried, which were a generous part and a good start. I ordered the tofu hot stone bibimbap and it was beyond delicious. I was a little concerned that it could feel scanned without the ice, but it was so good, I didn't feel like I even missed. they love the crispy rice at the bottom of the bowl, it is no experience that they can replicate with takeout. my wife got the Tofu-Bulgogi noodles, which were also amazing. the noodles were perfectly delicate, chewing and the sauce was delicious. everything was so good. we left yesterday and we're talking about back!
