Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

felt like spicy/cajun huh, so I stopped by the popeyes at the us 1 and sw 184 st. I bought a regular chicken sandwich, small frits and ice water. price was $9.50! yes, baisch 10 mäuse for just a sandwich and small fries. the sandwich was just in order to not flee. my wife has the dirty rice price $6.50! please a small bowl with dirty rice $6.50 she told me it was not very good. total cost for this visit $20! my advice will skip this overpriced, qualitatiw high quality fast eating and save your money!

rude coworkers. I didn't want to give a cup for water. I was chasing a family dinner. popeyes customer service main number said I was entitled to drink tassen. they wanted to give me a tasty drink in which they eat makkaroni. this is a lovely place. I recommend this place to no one.

they're by far the worst popeyes I've ever had. they always get the order wrong and ofcourse before we leave the hard drive we check the bag before we take off to make sure that we have everything big mistake! they yell at to move your car, very rude, they do not even realize that they have made a mistake, and then they come back and bring what you think is the correct order and they will review it again and it is still wrong and if they have prepared Those who take the order in the pass are as respectless and rude as those who give them the order when they pick up the food. they sound like they're harassing them to eat here. popeyes management please do better please hire people who want to work or close them all and start them over.

those people must learn to.count and identify the.pieces, and put the right amount in the.orders, if it says 3 tights and 2 breast, why they add 5 thighs and not breast? and on top they don't answer the phone

I'm not going to lie. When my brother asked me to buy fried chicken for dinner, I automatically thought about Publix. You can never go wrong with their rotisserie chicken, fried chicken or wings BUT it was 9pm and I knew I would be wasting my time by driving over to my local store soooo plan B was Popeyes! Everyone was starving after spending the entire day painting and at that time on a Sunday there are not many options so we headed to the closest location (since they're opened until 12am) and we ordered a family meal plus mashed potatoes and biscuits! The smell in the car on our drive back home was torture! The minute we got in the house, it was like a frenzy...lol My brother was the first to rave about how good the chicken was. So juice and mouth watering and just finger licking GOOD! I wasn't surprised. This location near my house never disappoints. I don't know what they do different but EVERY SINGLE thing tastes so damn good! The biscuits literally melt in your mouth. The mashed potatoes are smooth and rich! And the C H I C K E N....hmmmmmnn!!!!!!! It's the best of the BEST! I think the only other time I enjoy eating with my hands is with a seafood boil. I hate to have my hands dirty but this is the exception right here!! I have had my share of fried chicken from fast food chains and once upon a time, my favorite was KFC but last time I had it, it was cold and you could tell it had probably been sitting there for hours. Not fresh out of the fryer like you would imagine it to be. So if you are ever in the area and feel like having real GOOD fried chicken from a fast food place, THIS IS IT! Plus the employees are nice and friendly too. That's another plus! Oh and sorry, but no pics. The minute I turned around to grab my phone, the box of fried chicken was almost empty. I need to be quicker next time or buy an extra box...lol

Well I was waiting in line, the cashier was serving someone else. She sneezed into her hand and wiped her face with her shirt. When I got up to the register, I asked her if she could please wash her hands. She got insulted, salty, and told me straight out she didn’t sneeze into her hand, but sneezed into her shirt. I told her this didn’t matter and I needed someone else to serve my food. She went to complain to another worker, mimicking herself sneezing into her shirt. Only then did she wash her hands. I asked her, “why are you washing your hands now if you didn’t do anything wrong?”.I was utterly disgusted. The next day, I called and spoke to a manager. The best she could do was offer me free chicken. I was flabbergasted and said I didn’t want any of this. The first thing she should’ve said was she would reprimand her staff member!I will never, ever visit here again.
