great customer service and always better every time I return. this is a newly opened popeyes, so it will naturally take a little time for management to get all the kinks worked out. I personally had nothing but EXCELLENT food and great customer service from this location. I would recommend this place to everyone and definitely return. the red bean rice and cookies with honey are the heavens!

these are the best popeyes I have done. I miss working in waycross. eating was always hot and fast and all workers friendly. I wish my hometown popeyes was the same.
every time I'm close to a popeye, I have to get the popcorn shrimp combo. my fave and the pommes were always good at each visit.

JUST TERRIBLE!!! THIS POPEYES ALWAYS GIVE YOU HALF OF WHAT YOU ORDER AND THE BISCUITS..
First of all, I love me some Popeyes normally...especially when I visit it in other areas, so I know the typical Louisiana taste that popeyes chicken should have. This locations chicken is so flavorless, over cooked, and I ordered a 5 piece and was given all white meat! 3 large dry flavorless chicken breasts I threw away. The girl who was at the window offered to make me dark meat but I was in a rush and had to be somewhere. But why are yall given customers all white meat? Lol...and it's not tasty at all? This is the worse chicken I've tasted in Waycross GA. Hands down and I hate that because the workers were very nice. The food just isnt good and they give you chicken that's old, all white meat that be overcooked and barely fill your sides up.
Worst service I have ever gotten. The person in charge didn't greet me and stayed on her phone. When she finally came to take my order she had a attitude and didn't want to take my order. Gave order and was told no rice and beans and I stated no surprise. This point she refused to take my order and called else to take my order and kept saying not today. Finally the cook asked me to be the bigger person and let it go. Which I did for his sake.I will be contacting owner tomorrow and informing them of situation. She appears not happy with job and needs to find one she is happy with. What happen to respect for the PAYING customer. I refuse to go there again and will tell everyone that I know.
