It's typical of people to leave bad reviews for fast food chains, and i understand, i've had my fair share of bad experiences. But it's fast food, shouldnt expect much. Just wanted to share that my experience here tonight was great and customer service was nice and awesome. Appreciate you all!
Always check your order. Two times now they have left off items. Too busy to turn around never again for the price.
omg i went today and OMG the service was amazing especially the boy with curly hair. his name was tommy or something but it doesn’t matter he was super polite, very welcoming and very helpful!! i really recommend this location ask for tommy!!!

This is spicy chiken boneless. Well, definitely this is not a chiken, my jaws are sick now and taste like 100 years old biscuit. Are you seriously sell this?
Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Even offered a coupon to use. I’d definitely visit this Popeyes location again just for the helpfulness and kindness of the staff.Update:Had to take 1 star out because I’m missing the ghost pepper wings I ordered. I can’t go back for it since I live about 15 miles away.Note: Check your To Go order before leaving.
I've been coming here faithfully since opening with zero issues. However today Sunday 8-13-2023 I ordered butterfly shrimp which were overcooked and rock hard..The tenders were dry and overcooked..Requested nuggets to which I was told they don't have any..Requested cocktail sauce for my shrimp..They were out...Cole slaw...not today!..Cajun fries? Nope sorry..And to top things off they used soda cup lids to cover the side dishes..This was the worst experience I've ever had at Popeyes..The cashier informed me their delivery dates were off so they didn't have the inventory to fulfill everyone's request..But still no excuse for the overcooked tenders and shrimp..He said we should have cocktail sauce tomorrow..ok but I need it now...Not sure if I'll be back or not..
