best lunch ever with hot perfectly prepared eating and fast courtesy service.

I thought a reservation for dinner on open table would help my chances to get a good table. not! from the service station and the toilets. eating was good and we liked the menu selection. the waiters never really knew each other when we had a dedicated one. a waiter brought me an extra glass of wine and poured it into my empty glass. I told him I didn't order it. he told me I could buy it or it would have been taken away and thrown away)! although I threw a glass of wein, I bothered. I will try to see if the value is better and the service).

we had an excellent meal and total experience in this little gem! the service was excellent and the food delicious. there were 7 in our party and everyone had something else and everyone loved their meals! the host and waitress were friendly and efficient! will definitely return.

Our reservation was not honored on New Year's Eve. They had ridiculously overbooked. It became obvious that our party would never be seated when it turned out some idiot who was actually just a customer took over the reservation list and wouldn't let anyone see it. This was our wedding anniversary and we wanted to celebrate with our adult children whom we were visiting. I have never witnessed such poor management and have never been treated so rudely at any restaurant. It is my opinion that this restaurant should be barred from using the Open Table system.

Booked too many people on New Year's Eve, causing major delay in seating people. But, once seated , the food is fabulous.

I'm trying to get to Ragazzi when I visit Green Valley. Although staff is no longer Italian, food and attention to courtesy services still has this quality. Italian classics offered on menu the minestrone from scratches, freshly shaved parmesan, and the music old school Italiano also. A beautiful experience.
