Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The food is without parallel, but the service of the woman who runs the register was awfully unfriendly and rude. We used to be and the other employees were always friendly and polite, I wish they would keep this woman away from customers because they really miserable to treat. The other employees make it a pleasant experience every time, but the woman should be held in the back by any customer-related responsibility.

Go to the counter and the lady, I suppose she was the manager began to take my sons order, she looked right at me and I say hello as you do and she just gave me a dead look. No answer, no, how are you, no welcome to Cane’s. Bad customer service.

I love Kane's food. very tasty and fresh. It's not like other Fast Food Rest. That gives you room temp. I think this is very unpleasant and disgusting. I love Kane's chicken combs the best.

Yesterday I had one terrible experience at this place. I was in line at the drive-through. I had a few cars ahead of me. It took forever to get to the order station. I waited and waited and waited. I had a long line behind me. I asked a few times if it would take long for them to take my order. No one replied. It was Labor Day so I expected that they could be busy at the kitchen or short in staff. After 15 minutes I went to the first window and I noticed they had closed. They did not even care about the 10+ car line outside. They literally just left us there wasting our time. I drove back and let the other drivers know it was closed. I will never stop at this place again.

Love their chicken! This location has a star working hard to keep it super clean. Gloria keep it up!!!

Fast, hot and delicious as usual. This was my first time at this location but we just filled our drinks and the food was ready.

Maricruz at the window was so sweet and even let me know I had a free box. She was so kind! She made the whole experience worth the visit!
