eating was great, poor level was perfect (live, but they could have a conversation without screaming. in one of our salads we ended up with a strange plastic piece (which was only discovered when it was looked up! and the server seemed completely uncareful. has not even offered a free drink. most places would have been extremely apologetic. our rating has definitely decreased.

we arrived in the restaurant with a confirmed reservation time to say that it was not valid and would be set to a waiting list. the host could not explain why reservations could be made on opentable if they were not valid. When we wanted to talk to someone, he called the manager. the manager was also not able to explain why they were on opentable if they did not honor the reservation. the manager was very nice and did her best to get a table for us within 15 minutes. I really understand that restaurants have little personal, but that had nothing to do with the service, which turned out to be great. red lobster should stand off from opentable. there were other people in the lobby who had also kept up by opentable and experienced the same problem.
it was great. the ambiente was great. it felt like we were the only ones.
the load was very well occupied and everyone was very friendly. eating was also very good. great job!
