Rocky Mountain Taco

The best Mexican food I ever had in the Vail Valley in over 25 years! Ordnete Chicken Burrito, Pork Taco and Chips/Guac to-go tonight and it was stellar... even after 10 minutes drive back to East Vail. Muy delicioso and muchas gracias! Tip for you when I return.

My whole time favorite. I love everything. I usually order white chick or queen. You can not go wrong with whatever you order along with your favorite VBC beer

On a camping trip looking for some food and running over one of the best vegan Burritos I've ever had?! Had to leave town for a second time, because it was so delicious. Combine with a Papa root beer from Vail Brewing (or beer if this is your thing) and you have a perfect afternoon.

Stellar tacos, tortas or burritos. Every option is bursting with flavors. Not to mention right next to a brewery. Doesn’t get much better than that. Rocky Mountain Taco is SO GOOD I literally eat here everytime I'm in town. Id suggest the alambre, carnitas, and chips/guac but everything is delicious! The cremas and salsas are on point and really elevate the food. Can't wait to eat here again!

This place is hands down the best food we have had in Avon/Vail. I was skeptical at first, it is a food truck after all. However we were blown away. The Carne asada torta was absolutely amazing, we even got a second one to take home with us. Stop here if you can, and don't let the fact that it's a small truck deter you, it's absolutely amazing!!
