My husband and I have been regulars of Romano?s for 22 years. Unfortunately, this can change. This past weekend I checked the menu online together with the pricing and called to place an order for pickup. I ordered the Xtra big steak and cheese sub listed for $15.99 online and chicken nuggets for the $9.99 online. When I talked to the cashier, she said, "This will be $39.99? What? The cashier then noticed that the online prices were changed?. I asked to talk to the manager and I was told there was no MGR ONSITE. What? So, who's doing the ship? I politely told the cashier to cancel my order. All online menu prices are wrong? Come on, someone has to deal with the wrong advertising and the lack of manager help.

The first time. I must say from the many Romanos, there are in the country that I too, not sure if any are connected, but this one takes the cake. That was much better. Tested like a better quality if I am honest compared to them also others.
Absolutely horrible. Cannot follow simple directions like to leave on front porch. Instead leafy my order on ground in back of house infront of garage door!!!! If you can?t read ask the question!!!!! I?ve had nothing but bad experiences with these people. And nothing but ignorant when you call!!!
This was our first visit at Romano?s, and we really enjoyed the pizza! Upon walking inside the rustic chic decor caught my eyes. Everything looked nice, neat, and clean, and overall has a warm welcoming vibe. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, which provides ample seating with umbrellas for shade. I look forward to dining here again!
Quickest service of a sandwich that I have had in years! Excellent fresh bread loaded with ham.and cheese and...and....square cut pickles tomatoes were fresh lettuce chopped this morning! GREAT JOB ROMANOS!
We have truly loved Romanos, ordering mutiple times weekly...recently we have been understanding when our delivery hasn't been up to standard with staffing etc. But continued errors with lack from management in correcting and compensating these mistakes has been unacceptable. As you can see the pics are a pita...which is completely missing the pita the top was crumbling in my hand. How this even made it out the door is poor quality control.
