Rosati's Pizza Of Chicago

I was there a few days ago, eating was delicious and the customer service was exceptional. the blonde actress (I didn't catch her name) was a 5-star employee. she has offered one of the best customer service I have received anywhere. super sweet, friendly, helpful and a sweet smile. it deserves an increase or promotion! I would highly recommend this place!

rosen have always been a way to eat. I never had a bad experience and the personal is always ready to satisfy my demand for some good local foods. recently I came in and was visited by kim and once again she proves to me that hardworking, friendly and nurturing people still exist in this world in which we live. bright smile and an amazing setting. she's always brightened my day.

excellent pizza excellent service excellent staff/mgr or owner? would I have mentioned that they have EXCELLENT food, contagious positive settings (also at 1:49 clock? and “over” customer service is like the magic rainbow unicorn of the current restaurant market: only 5 all the way around! highly recommend to them WON’T be disappointed! currently 1:58am a necessary recitation from the blizzard outside. this single cut cheese was perfect to pick me up! I even order a deep dish to drive all the way to home to chattanooga, tn after I have a car in approx. 8-9 hours, lol must share this with the family! authentic chicago pizza, in authentic chicagoer weather conditions, and at authentic, much needed much missed late night hours!

Ordered a thin crust pizza and garlic bread for delivery. When it came I opened the box it was the wrong toppings. I ordered pepperoni sausage and mushrooms got pepperoni sausage and guardinara.And I just ordered garlic bread NO cheese. Well it came with cheese. Called and manager was nice enough to remake the order. Which I really appreciated but the new pizza the cheese was barely melted and so much Italian seasoning that I couldn't eat that one either. Usually love their pizza what happened??? Lost 50 bucks!

I ordered a small thin crust pizza with Italian sausage, mushroom, onion and green bell pepper with a 20oz. Of orange crush for delivery. I did not get my pop and my pizza was completely wrong. Had Sausage pepperoni bacon jalapeños AND hot giardinera. I was told a manager would call me back. They never did. I paid $45.66 for items I did not receive. I will never go back to this place again. Extremely disappointed.UPDATE:The manager contacted me and refunded my money. Since the pizza was too spicy to fully eat I just nibbled on the sausage and it was really good. I originally gave this place 1 star but now that they have fixed the situation I give it 3 stars for the awesome sausage.

If you are looking for the most delicious pizza in Chicago, you certainly have to come to Chicagos Pizza. I have tried all their products but two, and that’s just because I haven’t had time, but I will definitely try everything they offer. My friend doesn’t like pineapples, and we ask not to put them in our pizzas, and they never do. The service is also great, and I like coming here. Recommend to everyone!

Stayed at the Residence Inn near the airport. Called Rosati's to place a carry out order. Pleasantly surprised to find the delivery charge was only $3. Pizza arrived hot and within the quoted time and was delivered right to our hotel room. Because it was Saturday, Chicago style pizza was the same price as thin crust. One large pizza was delicious and fed 5 of us, with quite a bit left over. I would definitely order from Rosati's again when I am in the area.
