excellent place for a great Mexican food. had the burrito california, it was amazing. eating was hot and fresh. the chips and salsa were also very good. the server was on the phone all the time, but she was still very nice. it wasn't busy so I could give her that. I will definitely go back for this burrito.

I added the red sauce. it came with a side reis with garnels up. it was delicious. the salsa left something to wish, it had no taste, so I asked if they had a spicy salsa. They did and it was hot, but only that it was hot, no taste. none of the less will return and try again. good service

We are in town for a few days and decided to try another place today for Cinco De Mayo. We ordered the burrito panco villa, along with a taco dinner. The Burrito was a huge burrito filled with pork, beef and cheese. I have to say it was pretty good. The tacos were served on a flour dish and were also very crispy. The guacamole was very fresh. Our waitress was very professional, the owner even stopped and checked for us!
So amazing. Love the fried tacos and margaritas. The service was great, very clean and authentic. From a Texas hall, it's very impressive. Meals are average price for good food in the area.
Ruben’s was awesome Mexican food and I should know since I’ve grown up in South-Central Texas eating different styles of Mexican food my whole life! I would like to show you how beautiful the presentation of our Shrimp Ceviche and our Avocado Salad were! However, all I have to show is the evidence. Those of you who know me well will notice there is NO desert plate (and I didn’t get one too go), I ate until I was too full to put anything else in my mouth!!!
This place has been here for a long time. The food is good and it's a very popular place so they are usually busy and it's kinda small. If you go to here in the weekend you can expect a wait.
