I've seen Rudy for years and never stopped there. But now that they put one on higley, I was so out, so I decided to stop and try. It's not my favorite grill, but if someone wanted to go there, I wouldn't object. The sauce is a little hot a little sweet a little vine. The pig was a little dry. The clothes had a vinegary dressing that I added mayonnaise to him I enjoy. Cabbage is finely chopped instead of shrinking what I like a lot. There are no soft seats, so bring a pillow! The interior feels like a large southern church scholarship Hall carbide folding chairs sitting on long tables to eat. The terrace is cut off from half the wall and has picnic table to sit! A very unique idea for a terrace! It is serve yourself order of the counter, everything is plastic and throw away, they have a relish bar with onions, cherry peppers, jalapenos and carrots, something else I cannot remember. Staff or nothing to discuss, but not bad. You do their jobs it would be nice if there was a Howdy partner when you go in!

Counterfeit. Order your meat by weight. Cold sides are in the coolers. Hot pages are ordered. They have great Cole Slav and framed corn. Turkey is always tender and juicy. Get your food and find a bank you sit on. It is a beautiful relaxing experience.
Our culinary experience began with great customer service. After we got our food, we got our drinks and got our two kids with their food. We were asked to leave the premises due to management. They told us we were supposed to get our stuff out because they got the alarm on Sunday at 4:20 in the afternoon. You said the manager went out and quit. There were two young ladies who were very helpful to us and we are helping to pack up the food of our children. But the rest of the staff was extremely rude to tell us we're packing our stuff and going out. A man above all. I asked for boxes and he told me there's paper and bags to pack your food and go. No very good representation of personnel or management/ownership.
The first time here. We were offered samples at the order, which was very helpful. The food was very good. I had the potato with Brisket. My dad had the sausage and my mom had the turkey sandwich. The colleague was very embarrassing, but we all thought everything else was great.
I've tried Rudy's in San Antonio and loved the brisket lean so much (not dry nor fatty). I was happy to find Rudy's here in Phoenix but now got disappointed. The brisket lean was so dry, definitely overcooked, probably been sitting in the smoker or warmer too long. It was a Wednesday night and they weren't busy. I may give it another try over the weekend when they get busier.
I had the chicken My wife had the pulled pork. I use the spicy barbecue sauce my wife used this sissy barbecue sauce. Both were very good.
Some of the best bbq around. Consistently great selection of meats. We picked up a family pack and everyone loved it. So simple, SO good. Enjoy!
Having lived in Texas at a young age I fell in love with Rudy?s there. You can imagine how exciting it was to see that Rudy?s has made it to AZ. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly here. I was greeted with warm smiles and pleasant conversation. The food, as always, was delicious. Everything was clean and tidy. It was awesome to see that they had breakfast food as well (I went at 8 AM because BBQ cravings know no bounds). I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to get their fix of BBQ food.
