the worst experience and eating was evil. the server chay roy was terrible .. asked for water brought us pop .. asked for acidic seeing and the tacos still acidic seeing and they admitted not to know what was in them .. bad service if they waiter not know what in the food or even take them time to ask

Coffee, tea and a breakfast sandwich -- should have been fairly simple. The coffee was fine, the tea too. But the breakfast sandwich? We were told they were out of "process", which is, it appears, processed spreadable cheese (ie Cheez Whiz). Since when does Tim's use Cheez Whiz? Nowhere else that I've been. Thankful they were out of it and subbed in the regular slice of processed cheddar. The next mystery? An untoasted English muffin to hold this cheese. English muffins are supposed to be toasted. They are not meant to be eaten untoasted. It was a real disappointment to drive along the highway eating this sandwich. Too late to go back and get it remade at that point.A bit surprised that a restaurant would muck with the recipes to this extent. The goal in going to a chain is that you have a consistent experience. Not so in Edmundston, I suppose?!
