my man and I love chipotle! eating is great and although it is always busy, the line moves fast and they are very efficient. I also love that they have a lot if options for people with food restrictions. tonight was particularly excellent considering that it was late and they were from guacamole that my man loves and we were a little disappointed, but we understood and it was not a big thing. the manager heard that they said they were out, came by and scraped out what was left (which was almost a full portion) and apologized for running for them briefly. I said it was completely in order and pulled out my money, but he said it was on the house and hoped that my speech of chilotle does not change because. well, it has changed. I now have more respect for the customer service they offer. I never counted for free eating, and I offered to pay for our meal several times, but they insisted. it is hard to find places (and people) that really care about customer service and I am very impressed by chipotle. they really go beyond and beyond.
