Beautifully landscaped outdoor seating. The food was average but the view of Mirror Pond made up for it.

We've been there before and really enjoyed it. This time we were disappointed. We were there for a birthday party. The meeting process was very disorganized. Our service was very slow. They seemed understaffed.
Great atmosphere and ambience. The setting for al fresco dining - along the river with a gorgeous patio and deck - makes for a wonderful summer dining experience. Our waiter was excellent. The food was very good, but not great. We will definitely come back next time we are in Bend.
This is a starting point for us on Sunday afternoons because of the consistently good food, the nice atmosphere and the attentive service.
We have been coming to the Pine Tavern for years. We had patio seating and the temperature. was perfect with a slight breeze. We were a group of 6 people. The rueben sandwich was very dry ... not much 1000 island dressing. One person in our group ordered ginger ale and when he asked for a refill he was not informed that the ginger ale was not a free refill and charged them a second drink. We all thought the server should have explained this was from the bar and not a free refill. Otherwise we had a very good time together.
