Customer Service and initiative of the workers is non existent. Their tea is subpar. I ordered through the UberEats App for pick up, when I showed up after it stated it was ready, they never actually made the order. Mattie claimed because their printer was broken, however she stated it’s still an UberEats issue. Lol.All that hassle for tea that was not sweet, boba that was gritty and drinks that weren’t even cold. Would not recommend nor will I ever order from here again.
