eating is so amazing! the brot. get that brot! and then more because it is so delicious! the service and the environment are very welcoming. everyone has to taste this restaurant.
silk road restaurant is one of my favorite places to go. but last night I had one of the worst customer service experiences. our waitress was very rude and harmful. her name was nida I am not the one who complained immediately, but even my children noticed that she was sleeping teller and not being kind. it is a shame that I will not go back due to customer service. a step back, their portion size and high prices did not correlate. consultancy to manage business, hire staff who are friendly to customers or who do not return customers. the waitress literally ruined our jubilee dinner with their evil attitude.
Long time customer and trust me when I say that the food quality has gone downhill significantly. Meat is tough and gamey, chicken tastes spoiled…Which is unreal given that the prices have gone up significantly! All of the staff are new and I didn’t recognize anyone. Very disappointing and I will not be returning. I’ll take my $80 for two meals elsewhere.
Had a great experience with my brother. Service was great, very friendly folk all around. I had one of the dumpling dishes as my main course. It was delicious! I had the rice that was numbered as two on the menu and it was excellent! I have to say though the bread was the star for me. It was soooooo good I could eat plates of it. It was soft and flavorful. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
Service and food was excellent! Love the bowl of soup and salad to start, and the dumplings and kabobs, but the bread made in a tandoor oven is the standout for me. Hot out of the oven, it's like no other bread I've ever had and perfect to dip in the sauces provided and our other dishes. Service was friendly and efficient and the owner even showed me the tandoor ovens I couldn't stop talking about the bread! Very welcoming and delicious. This was my second time there and will definitely go back.
Great place and great customer service we orderd lamb chops with kabuli rice. Excellent taste customer service was excellent too. They were very polite and humble and asked if there is anything needed. I highly suggest this place and definitely will revisit there for wonderful food and service.
