We showed up 4 minutes before closing time because we had no idea of the hours, but they were so friendly and inviting and seated us anyway, and the whole staff felt like a family that waa having us over as company. The food was incredible and the price was surprisingly low, we'll definitely be coming back, and next time we know to be a bit earlier!

The last time I wanted to have breakfast at Skillet there was a line out the door, so I kept on driving. Finally last Saturday around 9am I was able to get a seat at the counter. It was worth the wait. The restaurant is cozy. A smaller version of the diner from the 1976-85 TV show Alice. The waitresses are friendly, in a genuine but sugary way. When one of the waitresses learns that it's a boy's birthday today, she tells her co-worker, who brings over a box of assorted toys for him to choose a gift from. I'm going back for my birthday in about two months! Not for the toy but for the food. I had a delicious Greek omelet, without the home fries (I'm on the keto-based Medi-Weightloss diet), even though they looked scrumptious on someone else's plate. The coffee, which I had black, was smooth.I wasn't rushed out. It felt like I was eating at an aunt's house. I will definitely be back! Maybe even before my birthday...

Very tasty breakfast. We ordered french toast with sausage, omelette and home fries. I highly recommend the home fries. Waitress was very kind, cook was fast! Place was tiny but homey. They were very accommodating to a person in a wheelchair.

We first found this quaint breakfast spot last summer and have continued to return for breakfast options as the waitresses are so much fun and clearly enjoy what they do. Every time we have returned we have not only had a good breakfast at a decent price but enjoyed the service just as much. The no frills set up with plastic plates is standard fare but doesn’t detract from the delicious breakfast options. A definite must try if in the area, since the seating options are limited inside if it’s nice enough to dine outside take advantage.

I had a egg sandwich with bacon and pepper jack with homefries Rich had a cheeseburger omlette with homefries. Both good portions and delicious. The restaurant is tiny, not much seating but worth the wait. The waitress knew I had an appointment to get to and was great at getting our food order in quickly! Great service!Food: 5/5

Wonderful breakfast spot with very friendly people. The pancakes are buttery delicious. The conned beef hash is excellent. Go for the grilled corn bread instead of toast. EnjoyFood: 5/5
