Smoothie King

First time and I love it. I had the angel food smoothie with added whey powder. The person taking the orders however could be more people friendly. The person taking payment and passing out the smoothies on the other hand was much more people friendly. If it was one in the same she can?t multitask. Speak up, sound excited, seee you next time.

Rude employees/ management, poor order accuracy, unhelpful, 0/0 wouldn't recommend. Terrible experience all together

Terrible customer service!! Will never come to this location again. They had me pull up and served 6 other customers before I came up to the locked door for them to serve a couple more. By the time I got my smoothie it was watered down and not blended properly

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! I went through the drive through and the employee acted as if I was bothering her for ordering. I'm from Texas and use to southern hospitality I guess... I then decided to inside thinking maybe someone else was nice, the lady that came to the door to tell me I couldn't come in was rude as well. Needless to say I'll wait until I get back to Texas to enjoy a smoothie.

This location didn?t deserve any star rating. The drive thru service was terrible!!! I didn?t have to time to play??just return my money, the Allen Park, MI. location will gladly take it! Much better service.

Delicious smoothies, friendly staff, good variety of menu options to choose from with many customizable options on the menu. Can 't give a full five stars for the higher prices $6.25+ for a small), lack of smaller size options 20 oz. is a 'small ' 32 oz. is a medium and 40 oz. is a large) on adult smoothies, and the fact that their online ordering app is fairly glitchy. The app is good for collecting points on your purchases but they regularly send emails on special $1/$2 off deals that then won 't apply to your cart even when you have them selected on the reward portion of the app for the exact item in the exact time frame. It 's a shame because it 's really delicious and I would definitely stop in every morning if they had smaller sizes/lower prices!

This was my first time trying this place, smoothie was great but customer service not so much. I came in today around 6pm and the women who helped us was very dry, giving us a not so pleasant look and was rushing my order the entire time. She asked me what size smoothie I would like and I politely asked her what are the different sizes (since I never been here before) she seemed annoyed and pointed to the cups. Disappointed.
