Sonic Drive-in

this place is quite hit or miss and I have come to this for about 9-10 years, so I have seen the changes that have gone down. Apart from the most time they are slow, but I had never had problems with my order to be right. the reason for the four stars is especially for maria! the last few paintings I have been there was maria who only seemingly carhop and the only one that brings out food/drinks. she hustles, is extremely friendly and apologetic for waiting times and seems really a hard worker who takes care of her work and performance. sonic workers do not make much, but maria deserves an increase. I know the things are crazy, but seeing their hectic and being friendly in the crazy is all honestly refreshing. I find it disgusting that sonic allows to do this (it should never be just a carhop, imo). I hope maria gets the recognition she deserves because she's a rock star of what I can say. I literally only write this review to show her my appreciation. I'm coming on and hoping I'll see more workers next time!

the workers at this place are rude and argue with them if they cannot hear them and can speak with them very respectless. I think that sound has to record their employees at the order in carhop. I'll have to fix it soon. we just left because we talked too.

Worst fast food experience of my life would give less than one star if possible. Every thing was wrong in the order not one thing right not even the drink. Even tried to call both phone numbers to no avail. Update ....Was given a phone number to call and absolutely no one answered so ya'll really do hate your customers ya'll s replays mean nothing thanks for nothing

I don't know if I would recommend this sonic. everyone I stop and get a red bull slush it's always a toss up on what they actually give me. 3 times it's a cherry slush 2 other times it was some kinda limeade. only one time have I actually gotten what I ordered and was correct. most the time the food is half way throw together and not fully prepared.

I hadn 't picked up Sonic in way too long, and the limeade and tots were every bit as good as I remember.The kitchen goofing up no onions as has been a thing at various Sonic locations at various times is the only thing bringing this down from a 5-star review.

I ordered our food on the app and waiting 10 minutes before I left the house. I got to sonic within 20 of ordering, checked in on the app, and noticed they were busy so I would give them another 10 minutes to bring out my food. Well after 30 minutes I called in and reminded them I was still waiting and I was told “okay one second”. I waited a total of an hour and called in again asking where my food was, I finally received it, but it was cold, old, and they didn’t even have the drinks. They went in and remade everything, but I’m still being charged. I feel the food should’ve been remade (which it was) and I should’ve been reimbursed since I waited a total of an hour and 15 minutes. I’ve worked at a different sonic as a manager so I know how stressful it can sometimes be, but this was just unacceptable.

Currently not a good fast food option due to lack of speed and accuracy.I ordered using the Sonic app for ASAP arrival/ 2 minutes later I checked in 3:20pm. My order was delivered until 3:36pm MISSING 2 items, a drink and a side.. plus sauce. I had to wait another 10 minutes for the remainder of my order.Tori, the manager explained they are training and wait times are taking longer. Only 1 person carrying out food for the entire property.Hopefully they'll get back on track soon, best of luck to this team... and if you go there, make sure you have time to spare!
