Sonic Drive In #2945

Overall was a very good experience! I went with a group, so we had made a reservation for the back room.

Great little Izakaya tucked into a lovely house on N Interstate Ave.

Love the sonic in Sevierville best place the reason why I always come back because of a worker named Melissa she is awesome

Shout out to this Sonic....had a glitch w your system and my debit card was charged an extra amount....the young lady manager very kindly apologises, refunds me and I got a free lime sludge to boot.... they are still honest businessmen around... please support these people.

We came here around 6:30 and the drive thru was pretty packed. We decided to go to a stall instead, since we had a mobile-order anyway. Our food came out about 5-10 minutes later by carhop Lacy. Our kids meal had milk that was forgotten, and he RAN back to get it and bring it out, less than 30 seconds later. No complaints, no frustrated looks, just ok, be right back. Everywhere is understaffed right now, and finding someone that is working hard and literally running to meet customer orders with a smile on his face? Almost unheard of, and he makes this entire place a 5 in my book.

While they don't have stalls open and you have to go through the drive thru, they still managed to get my order from the app and get me my half price drinks faster then most sonics I visit. If your looking for fast food like a typical chain then they will get you through quickly. The only negative I have about the place is the stalls being closed, but their fast service through the drive thru makes up for ALOT of that small issue.
