I ate it because I was too hungry to go back there. in the drive thru I ordered 2 sonic cheeseburger, two middle pommes and two simple shakes. get extremely cool pommes, drove around the street and brought them back immediately and asked for new ones. my son said I should have asked for fresh. the woman brought me two new middle pommes and asked if they were better and then waited for me to try them. I didn't want to embarrass my son, so I told her, as I can hold her in the fingers, they're warmer, but not warm. (Do not want anyone to spit in my food by asking that they bring them back and make them fresh, so I gave one to my son and went to the house where I had eaten the cheeseburger. it wasn't sloppy because there was nothing in it. I asked them to hold the pie so that was not there, but there was a thin cut tomato, 6 pieces small chopped wobble and about ten pieces chopped salate, as well as the cheese and burger. get that, the burger was a bit warmer than the pommes! not sure what's going on, but the evening crew might want to know that people notice the temperature of their food, especially if it's hotter outside than in the pocket. 5/9/22 Monday evening 6:30.

I understand they're busy so I cut them a little black, but 30 min for 2 shakes is ridiculous. I was in the drive through the line and at least 3 cars behind me got her eating away before I did. bad service at this place.
they have waited for 40 minutes to order only a drink! Or took that it is delivered and never got it I finally drove
the worst experience of my life they had no idea what it is doing. They weren't even busy and couldn't get my order right. they ripped me off and the food I got was not right and they just wanted to talk to me about it being stuck together and cold. do not go here if you want a good service and eating that they have ordered. I've written this before, but somehow it's gone, and management never got a moment from me to find out what happened or does it right if that tells them everything that should be enough.
Foods good but like always here at our locations the service is trash they really need to step it up on service quality

I get that they are busy after having the Christmas parade and all but I have called about 6 times now because I get home and realize that I received my hot dog with NO…. HOT DOG!!!!! But there is no reason at all that I should be missing the main thing to my meal!
