Sonic Drive-in

that is the second time that I waited for this sonic for over 15 minutes to place and count one job! my red button was activated and canceled twice. so far. I had to activate it and now I'm sitting here. I recommend going in another sonic in the city.

it took too long to get our order. when they finally broke it out, they forgot my husband, drink my daughter and stumble. always she had to call back to my car bc they always forgot everything. obviously it didn't disturb to read the ticket order.

update my review below. I just had the complete opposite experience in view of the same scenario. put my order in 5 minutes before the arrival. I saw when I noticed they were super busy. I have to wait 30 or 40 seconds before someone had my drink in my hand. I don't know what happened, but I'll add a star to it every time. my original review is below for reference, they are slower than other standpoints. I tried to drink for a second. I ordered in the app to take about 3 or 4 minutes before. then I waited 10 minutes after the arrival and the arrival, but I had to go. I just had a middle slut. no eating. they have no way through. I didn't pay the bitch.

Worst Sonic I've ever been to! Super slow service just for an order ahead drink. Most of the stalls didn't work. Worst part is the ice and drinks have tasted horrible the last few times I've been. My advice would be to clean the ice/drink machines and find a way to block off the stalls that aren't in service! Never going back!

Sophia is amazing!! She is fast and courteous even when the drive in is packed. She always has a smile and always gets to know her customers. She learns peoples vehicles and when you pull in she will ask if you want your usual. I will go out of my way to visit this Sonic just because of Sophia. Now, the restaurant ordering stalls are another story. So many don?t work any longer and it doesn?t look like the new owners are doing anything to fix them. It is very frustrating to not be able to use at least 5 of the stalls when all the working ones are full.

Really good customer service! The food is good and the drinks are the greatest weapons you can get against the Texans summer.

Considering they only had one car hop on duty service was not bad what was bad was the fries were hours cold and dried out/hard had been under the heat lamp too long. Didn't make a fuss about it cause the only had one girl working and I ony needed a little something in my stomach so I could take my meds that I had forgotten to take before leaving home. Not somewhere I usually stop so I don't have to go back again.
