great customer service! I had a complicated order and tish was so courteous. great space inside and it was really clean and neat design on the inside. they even came around and offered free ice cream. above and beyond.
this sonic has great employees with wonderful settings. always pleasant and nice. they are consistent and always get my commands right. nice to eat a place close to good food.
we come here, as it is the only place to take a bite. We don't live here, we work in the city. eating is okay, but there's a hired person who's pretty rude.? kayla she looks like she doesn't want to be there so her friendliness needs an upgrade. she needs a cure as you talk to customers.
This is the first hybrid sitdown Sonic I've seen. They did a great job! Same sonic quality as always.
I was embarrassed watching these people try to serve. I was at the drive through and waited 40 mins peopel behind were getting their food first, and i was offered 2 wrong orders and I finally just took the 3rd wrong order because screw that. Upper management needs to help these people out
I ordered the wing combo and this is what I got. Crumbs . It?s was just little pieces of breading. I also waited quit awhile just for this.. unacceptable.
I normally have a pretty decent experience from this location, but Tonight makes me never want to eat here again. I put in a mobile order and got a chili cheese dog. The hot dog was literally ROCK HARD. It looks like it's been sitting in a heater for hours, and burnt black. Absolutely disgusting, I work in fast food, it is not that hard to serve some decent food.
