For a fast food restaurant they tend to be on the slow side. Perhaps a staff problem is unsafe. During the busy hours I usually wait 10-15 minutes for a drink order. In addition, no knocking at this particular place, but the food quality at Sonic has become progressively poor. A place where I've eaten, I've reserved myself for drinks and snacks.

It is a very busy sound, but they are still fast and friendly with the service. Food order was always right, and their happy hour drinks are great if you have a big family who wants a treat.
Shirley on the ride was fantastic. She went beyond and beyond what was expected. I was with many Sonics and she's by far the best employee I ever met with every Sonic. She should be the one who trains the other staff. You'd be hard to replace them. It is a great advantage for your business. Right now, where the employees are hard to come and especially good. You have to give her a raise and take care of her.
The young lady in the window called Audrey was fantastic. We love the food at Sonic, but we always go to this place when it's here. She should teach how to serve people on a car thru. Please let them know how much it is appreciated and thanks.
This sonic is usually pretty good. They weren?t the fastest today but it was a lunch rush. Everything I ordered was correct and good like usual. Sonic has the best drinks and tots.
This Sonic is usually pretty good. The mornings and afternoons are the best times to go. The evenings not so much. It 's ways 50/50. One time is good, the next.... YUCK. Tonight when ordering I asked for a large drink with light ice. When I said, light ice THE young boy changed it to a medium and pressed, add ice. I said again, large, light ice. It got changed. When I got the drink it was a medium. I said it was supposed to be a large. He then said with a condescending voice, Did you look at the receipt? The receipt said medium. He obviously changed it after I pulled away. The cheddar peppers where old, stale, and cold. The fries were cold as well. The cheddar peppers just went into the trash. On a side note I learned tonight from that youngster... Hi-C is not fruit punch. In my 40 years on this planet, I never knew that. I was corrected and laughed at tonight.
The new pickle fries and pickle burger and brownie shake is awesome! I want to thank Sarah for her help and patience. This is our favorite place in Bella Vista.
There was a hair in my onion ring and a dead bug in my chicken sandwich...literally always the worst service and they never give us the sauce we order...this is the bella vista location not all created equal....
