after today I will never come to this place again. I was treated absolutely terrible and embarrassed beyond the extreme for the way she made me feel. I order my usual when I came into the window, it was almost $1 about what I usually pay, and I told them that this is what I get every day, the girl at the window told me that they raised the price yesterday? almost a whole dollar? she was terrible for me, now I took my coffee and went and it was done wrong, so I turned around and went into where I was waiting for someone to recognize me even for about 5 minutes, eventually went into register and reordered and told her she was very nice, then she got away from here for 5 minutes to even do it. I come every day and I have never been so humiliated or treated so terrible. the type that made my coffee, it spils when he put my coffee, it wasn't even completely full and made wrong again. I just took my order and left, I hope they never felt like they had made me feel today. I'll never go back and I'll go there every day.

customer service needs attention at this place. I asked the 3ft stringy hair calculator in the laufwerk tru for a handle pockets and additional serviettes and she was rude. it's not my fault she's still wearing 2t as an adult. she apparently wanted me to wipe my hands on my clothes, as she usually does. I must say I was very disappointed by the new england states in the south I expected southern hospitality but. nothing close.

this location was my daily coffee place for 2 years! now I go through the city. this place has never done what they should. the new crew is pretty slow. I am so disappointed that they were the best, in 3 months it is a landfill! the buyer is aware of this situation?!

My Flat White with Brown sugar was made to perfection! I loved it. The Pink Drink that my daughter had was amazing and the food delicious.

You never know if they will be open past 5PM. 50 75% of the time it won't be. I understand there are labor shortages but change the hours until It is back up to full staff so that people don't waist their time.

The worst experience ever and I was in a fantastic mood. Until the lady on the headset couldn’t understand me as I had to yell my order bc she said she couldn’t hear me. Maybe turn your headset up a bit so people don’t have to yell!! Totally forgot muds pupcup bc I had to repeat my order multiple times and wanted to be done. Step up your game like Chick-fil-A does and maybe you wouldn’t have so many haters. Merry Christmas ?.

I would have given a five-star because of the service and the friendliness of your employees. But I did ask for extra crunch on the bottom and top of my ribbon crunch frappuccino. And I did not get it: But I will still be back:
